Job Description

Manage all social media platforms of Growth Center and its products (Kognisi and Employer Branding Kompas Gramedia), specifically:

Instagram @growthcenter_id and @kognisikg, TikTok @kognisikg (Kognisi)

Instagram @growwith_kg, Twitter @growwith_kg, Linkedin Kompas Gramedia (Employer Branding Kompas Gramedia)

Develop and implement social media strategies for Growth Center and its products.

Increase brand awareness by attracting new followers, increasing engagement, hashtag performance, and sentiments.

Conduct research and benchmarking of social media strategies by competitors/similar brands.

Analyze content and key metrics to develop reports and gather insights for future campaigns.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful content and campaigns.

Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure informative content.

Content planning and Executing
Minimum bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related majors.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing various social media platforms in companies

Experienced in managing social media end-to-end process, from planning, executing, to evaluating & analyzing each social media content.

Able and willing to handle multiple social media channels

Have flexibility and resilience

Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
