Job Description
This position will be reporting to Training Associate & Manager. Do end to end operational process for IC/Courier training.
Do TNA (Training Needed Analysis) for all IC/Courier
Conduct Training to IC/Courier (Basic, Refreshment, or any Training needed)
Learn and understanding operation process for create module IC/Courier
Create module and modified module from Regional as ID needed and language
Create design for Training poster related
Create test needed as feedback of training process
Do alignment with internal Fleet for development training module and process
Analyze attendance and test result
Create report of training process
Monitor eNPS for IC/Courier
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degrees with minimum 1 year experience in Massive Training
Excellence communication skill
Have skill to create interactive power point and design for poster
Have a knowledge of service industry (Advantage)
Detail oriented
Can work as independent and team member
Self-starter, Proactive attitude
Have desire to learn and try something new
Conduct regular CF business checkpoint (CF Management, partnership, business).
Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensures the accuracy of the spare parts repaired by a third party and the returns of the replaced spare parts (used) in accordance with company policy.
