Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement Good Laboratory practice in the laboratory area.
  • Perform physical, organoleptic and chemical tests for RM, Bulk and FG
  • Conducting tests on demin water, DI water, rinse water
  • Report the test results in print or use the QAD System
  • Changing material status of RM, Bulk, FG
  • Documenting the test results in the chemical laboratory.
  • Conduct verification, routine cleaning and equipment maintenance
  • Make a recording of the use of laboratory equipment on a look that has been available
  • Control stock reagents, glassware, spare parts and calibration status in the chemical laboratory area
  • Conduct laboratory investigations with superiors when discrepancies are found (OOS, OOT, atypical result) and making the report
  • Carry out further tests on customer complain samples
  • Release RM / BULK
REQUIREMENTS
  • Min vocational high school – Chemical analyst or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as an analyst
