Coordinate and manage deal sourcing and take a lead in executing coverage deals
Responsible for account management and enlargement of the client base by entering into relationship with prospects list as agreed. Account managment encompasses profitability and quality portfolio
Establish and maintain regular contacts with key decision makers of the clints/prospects
Ensure compliance with Bank's policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards tothe KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures.
Prior experience as a team leader and understand various Bank products to identify strategic opportunities
Strong leadership and good communication skills
Results driven
Experience in complex transactions, such as LCM, DCM, M&A and ECM
Ability to demonstrate motivate to achieve results and translate decisions into action, with the constraints defined.
