Your ‘day to day’

Design and build in SAP Finance domains to achieve strategic business, financial and technology objectives
Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement best in class integrated solutions delivering value to the business
Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design
Perform best in class development or configuration in SAP FICO module
Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices
Support of existing applications, organize trainings and manuals
Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project risks
Interact with mid to senior-level executives displaying knowledge, experience and leading practice advice to identify issues

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor / Master Degree with IT related major
8+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience
Experience with 3 - 5 cycle or more SAP project implementation on FICO
Experience Agile solution development process (including hands-on experience)
Deep knowledge of ECC FICO and Finance core processes
Experience with on-premise and cloud/SaaS applications, in SAP / digital technology and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices
Be a self-starter and be able to drive end to end process and solution leadership.
Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL
Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Teammate with a proven track record to lead through influence
Top-end strategic problem solving and strong analytic skills
Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way; and collaborator
Passionate about continuously learning in a changing environment
Consumer-centric approach and mindset
A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders
Organizational and leadership abilities
Creative thinking skills
Excellent command both written and spoken in English
