YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

  • Provide guidance, assist in analyzing, define scope and technical needs in determining and implementing IT solutions
  • Involve in the design, build, testing and deployment of IT and Digital solutions
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and global product team to enable adoption of global IT and Digital solutions
  • Provide maintenance and support by managing requests or solving issues of IT and Digital solutions
  • Proactively seek ways to optimize and improve IT solutions and services
  • Create and maintain systems documentations and operating manuals
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of IT solutions and services
  • Participate in Digital competency and capability building in Manufacturing organization
  • Cross site support for Factories in 2 different locations to support manufacturing process in 24 x 7 running Factory
  • Possibility to work from production floor with safety as precondition

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology area, IT related project, and system development
  • Having understanding of key IT Service Management processes (e.g. ITIL)
  • Proven experience working with SQL queries, webservice and .NET programming language
  • Self-motivation, “can do” attitude, and having excellent communications (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work individually and collaborate as a team
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa

Will be an advantage:
  • Having knowledge in Project Management and IT methodologies such as DevOps & Agile
  • Experience with Power BI, Cloud Computing, Industrial IoT, Machine Learning or AI
  • Familiar with business process in Manufacturing
