    What requirements you'll need to be eligible

    Requirements:

    • University graduate from a reputable university, Master’s degree is a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in online marketing at mgmt level
    • Entrepreneurial experience and ability to turn a hand to new things
    • Have managed a team of at least 5 direct reports
    • Has had previous P&L accountability/significant budget management responsibility
    • Has experience in strategy development
    • Has strong technical marketing and sales skills including at least two of digital marketing, advertising, brand building, portfolio management, business development, B2C sales
    • Experience working in a high growth business is preferred
    • Experience/knowledge of hospitality/real estate in Indonesia is a bonus

    What you'll be doing on the job

    Role Purpose: This is a hybrid role covering Online Marketing strategy for Cove’s regional business as well as being a critical member of our founding Indonesia management team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our key strategic market by setting the Indonesia strategy, owning the country P&L, inspiring the organization behind the vision for Cove in Indonesia, and leading the Sales and Marketing functions to execute flawlessly. In addition, you will lead the strategy and execution of our primary marketing channels online and ensure we are driving efficient and effective exponential growth.

    Goals/Deliverables:

    Indonesia Country Director, Growth:

    • Build, manage and continue to develop the sales, marketing teams in Indonesia
    • Own the Cove Indonesia go to market strategy and ensure that it is aligned with the founders and cascaded through the organization
    • Ensure occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets are consistently met to drive growth
    • Manage sales and marketing budgets
    • Contribute to stellar tenant experience from viewings, to move in and living
    • Implement best in class data tracking and reporting of core business KPIs

    Regional VP Online Marketing:

    • Grow our online marketing channels exponentially whilst optimizing for efficiency
    • Foster a performance marketing culture within the organization
    • Set the performance marketing strategy and goals at a regional level
    • Ensure we have best in class analytics to continuously improve our digital marketing performance

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Setting the country growth plan and budgets on a monthly basis
    • Setting country OKRs on a quarterly basis
    • Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth
    • Day to day management of the sales and marketing teams
    • Ensuring we deliver the requisite number of room bookings set out in business targets
    • Leading the development and execution across all marketing channels including early stage growth-hacking channels, digital/performance marketing, offline marketing and events, third party listing platforms, partnerships, PR (corporate and consumer)
    • Focus on continuous improvement across all channels to optimize effectiveness and ROI
    • Partnering with the head-office team to deliver a great online presence including Cove’s website and owned social media channels
    • Ensure that we development of best-in-class reporting dashboards and deliver regular performance reports to management and the board
    • Responsible for all online marketing channel strategy and performance (SEM, SEO, SoMe, Display, EDM etc.) across Indonesia and Singapore
