・Min. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience as Process Engineer, experienced in audit, operation process chart and trial production
・Good MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Good communication, hardworking and initiative

・Able to speak Japanese
