Job Description

Researching ways to increase the value of our products for clients (missing features, improvements, client feedback, etc)

Collaborate with the product team to create an effective strategy

Facilitate alignment and communication between relevant IT Development, Business Development, and cross-functional teams

Have a deep understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership

Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners

Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

Identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies, and implement them

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects
Familiar to IT, Application, Topology, SDLC, and most importantly Banking and Payment.

Min. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Information Technology, Business Information Systems/Communication/Business Management

Around 7 years of working experience in similar position is preferrable

Having experience in industry (Fintech or Banking) is mandatory

Advanced communication skills: strong presentation, verbal and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Well-developed research, analytical skills & documentation

A critical and strategic thinker: Good with planning and great attention to details

Technological thinker: Fully up-to-date on the latest in social and marketing and able to execute

People person: outspoken, social, and good presentation skills. Must be confident to pitch ideas internally, as well as build relationships not only with media, but also community groups, suppliers, clients, etc. to manage and facilitate our communications

Problem solver: a rational, resourceful, and quick thinking mind is what we highly appreciate

Enjoys challenges, is easy to adapt to new environments, and used to working without supervision

Able to work under lot of pressures
