GroupM Services Responsibilities The GroupM Services team adopts a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies’ and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.
The Campaign Delivery team creates an effective link between the client facing Agency teams and the GroupM Services. The Campaign Delivery team ensures that comprehensive briefs are received from the Agency teams and ensures that GroupM Services specialists meet clients’ expectations by achieving campaign KPI’s timely and through embedding operational excellence. They are also supporting the delivery of tasks such as reporting output, offer insights and recommendations across strategic planning and agency pitches.
Following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services Campaign Delivery team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:
Assist the GroupM Services team to understand Agency deliverables and campaign KPI’s
Well versed in understanding media behaviors and how the target audience interact with specific channel delivery and ensure common understanding across GroupM Services
Maintain quality control and assurance practices across the assigned cluster of clients and proactively advise Agencies on campaign improvements
Proactively address, and escalate when needed, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure shared accountability to deliver value to clients
Work collaboratively with all specialists within the GroupM Services to ensure a holistic approach to campaign execution and delivery
Conduct quality control and assurance of your own workstream before handing it over to another team
Ensure understanding and 100% compliance with both GroupM and finance processes, policies and procedures
Ensure understanding billing process and actively work with GroupM Finance
Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, media channels and technologies
Individual Responsibilities
Provide best in class knowledge of non-biddable media to GroupM agency stakeholders and the GroupM Services team
Support the Associate Director/Director Campaign Delivery team in meeting strategy, planning, execution and reporting requirements
Support the Associate Director/Director Campaign Development Team to work with GroupM agency teams to manage client budgets and deliver on annual media KPIs
Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly
Support the Associate Director/Director of the Campaign Development team to review output from the GroupM Services before delivering to the client team to ensure a best in class response
Assist GroupM Agencies in consolidating data for ad hoc reports (eg Savings Report/Cost Avoidance)
Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (ie mid and post campaign), working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Be robust and confident to be able to work under time pressure
Be able to adjust priorities to meet changing client needs
Establish solid relationships and nurture collaboration with the GroupM agencies, GroupM Trading and the GroupM Services teams
Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
Mandatory Qualifications and Technical Skills
Extensive knowledge in traditional media and non-biddable digital media
Proven and extensive experience in campaign execution
Project management and ability to handle multiple stakeholder levels
Able to effectively develop and motivate people to achieve joint goals
Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
Able to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-changing environment
Have an experience minimum 5 years on delivery/buying knowledge or any related with media agency
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Passionate and knowledgeable about Non-Biddable media
Excellent knowledge of negotiations and inflation management
Analytical personality with a talent for innovative thinking and problem-solving
Strong negotiation, budget & inflation management, analytical thinking and problem-solving
Detail-oriented, innovative, responsive to deadlines and able to balance priorities
Numerically inclined, ability to interpret data and statistical information
