Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description
  • Submitting reports to related Department Head and management
  • Checking on billing accuracy and taking necessary action to make amendment
  • Identifies gaps on data issues and communicate to suppliers on the discrepancies
  • Billing confirmation to suppliers
  • Contract administration and upload details onto platform
  • Follow up on the approvals from Commercial and Finance teams
  • Follow up with brands/suppliers on additional information needed and invoicing
  • Compiling and provide comprehensive summary of the billing reports
  • Assisting and supporting Key Account Manager on campaign and retail operations
Job Requirements 1. Minimum 1 year experience in data analysing, preferably with E-Commerce background
2. Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
3. Strong communication skills to maintain relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
4. Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
5. Work effectively in team-oriented work as well as independently in a fact-paced and changing environment
