Prepare & Review Functional Design Specification (FDS), Control System Architecture, Process Instrumentation Diagrams(P&IDs) & Instrument datasheet for Process Plant(Food & Chemical Industries)
To develop PLC/HMI program for ControlLogix and Wonderware InTouch
Identify, create, review and support project documentation including, but not limited to HMI, PLC programming, IO list, control description, power distribution, control/signalwiring diagrams, cabinet/panel design, BOM, layout drawings and hooks up drawings tostandard required.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures from OEM and participate in FATwith customers to ensure system functionality as per design requirement before deliveryto site.
To conduct site acceptance test (SAT)
To provide post project support
Prepare manual after SAT from Screen Shoot of HMI & SCADA.
Conduct training for customer.

3-5 years’ Work experience as Automation Engineer, preferably in Food /Water Industries Project.
Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Technology
Field Instrumentation and experience in Control Systems, Rockwell PLC Programming are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Knowledge in AutoCAD, will be an advantage Additional Information
