Job Description
1. Responsible to identify pain points or improvement opportunity to improve seller experience on assortment health and quality in Lazada platform both mobile application and website.
2. Perform data/trend analysis to identify anomalies against specific data sets/business performance.
3. Perform data exploration and extraction from the big data using multiple parameters available related to specific problem.
4. Propose an improvement in form of product and feature development, policy & governance, and business process re-engineering to solve the problem based on data insights.
5. Lead the proposed improvement by creating product roadmap, developing project charter and plan, managing the development process from ideation, testing, piloting, implementation and effective monitoring to reach the end goal of the improvement. (Project Management)
6. Monitor regularly the key metrics assigned and identify any anomaly pattern or behavior based on data-driven analytics.
7. Possess good communication and presentation skill to articulate any insight, ideas and action plan towards large forum.
8. Responsive towards any problems occurred by quickly escalate to related team (regional technology, customer care team, commercial team, etc) or to identify any root causes and act.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Informatics/Computer Science/Mathematics/Business/Management.
2. At least 3 years of work experiences in any industry but with relevant experiences.
3. Possess good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
4. Able to handle multiple tasks with effective prioritization.
5. Open to explore new opportunity and ideas, self-motivated, pro-active and driven by results oriented.
6. Have a good sense of improvement on overall operations and business growth.
7. Have a good sense of problem solving skills and good initiator.
8. Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL (optional)
