1. Service Business

  • Technician Efficiency and Productivity
  • Fix IT Right First Time (FIRFT)
  • Customer Retention
  • Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan
  • Lead dealers action development and control the execution


2. Parts Business

  • Parts Retail Sales
  • Parts Wholesales
  • Dealer Parts Supply Fill Rate
  • Dealers Parts Turnover (Stock Month Ratio)
  • Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan
  • Lead dealers action plan development and control the execution


3. Customer Satisfaction Index

  • Customer Satisfaction Index Score
  • Analyze dealer's action customer satisfaction report and recommend action plan
  • Lead dealers' action plan development and control the execution
  • Complience of Standard Process, Facility and Manpower
  • Lead and control progress of dealers' customer concerns resolution

The Successful Applicant

  • Min. Bachelor degree in management/business/or related major
  • Min. 2 years experience as Area Aftersales Manager
  • Basic dealer management knowledge
  • High leadership skill
  • Good english fluency
