Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible on Invoice and supporting back up.
  • Responsible for delivery of invoice to customer including vendor management.
  • In charge on customer payment application.
  • In charge on Credit Memo or Debit Memo creation including any invoice revision.
  • Monitor Collection from customer within due date.
  • In charge of uploading any change on price of product.
  • Undertake invoice delivery reconciliation with customer as required and take necessary action as required.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management or stakeholder.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good in communication both verbal and written both in Indonesia and English.
  • Good team management skill.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Good head for numbers.
  • Sound excel skills and experience using SAP would be an advantage.
