Do you have a track record in delivering content to investors? Are you a target driven individual? Are you service oriented?

We're looking for an corporate access/salesperson to:

  • Facilitate meetings between investors and corporates
  • Help to stage investor conferences featuring a large number of corporates
  • Create investor roadshow schedules in Indonesia meeting with corporates, government officials and industry experts
  • Create corporate roadshow schedules for corporates travelling overseas meeting with institutional investors
  • Support the Indonesia equities business for any administrative needs and/or servicing clients/corporates
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, government officials, industry experts and clients
  • Create innovative digital content for our institutional equity client base focused on investment themes
  • Assist in organising investor and corporate events, including conferences, investor forums, investor calls
  • Provide assistance for sales coverage for institutional clients primarily focused on institutional equities
  • Manage the schedules for UBS analysts marketing into Indonesia, and Indonesian UBS analysts marketing overseas
  • Schedules include booking flights, accommodation and all other logistics requirements for travel, investor meetings
  • Ensuring all cross border requirements are met when staff are travelling overseas to meet investors
  • Utilise the inhouse technology platform to manage analyst, investor and corporate schedules
  • Work with the regional corporate access team to stage investor conferences together

Your team

You’ll be joining a strong franchise working in the Indonesian equities team in Jakarta. We provide a full range of services for institutional equities clients with global access to primary and secondary markets. As a corporate access and salesperson you’ll play a vital role in making sure we help clients manage their investments effectively. We are always exploring new and innovative ways of exceeding our client’s expectations. Our team, which is part of the Distribution franchise, is responsible for managing all interactions between institutional investors and corporate issuers, analysts, experts and other key stakeholders. These interactions occur at our franchise conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips, bespoke events and other unique opportunities. The corporate access team is critical to the success of our overall Global Markets franchise and we contentiously challenge ourselves to exceed our clients' expectations.

Your expertise

  • ideally 2 years of experience working in content creation
  • a solutions driven individual who is assertive and driven to exceed the status quo
  • strong communicator and ability to build new relationships
  • a very basic knowledge of financial markets
  • adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
  • a curiosity to continue learning about the economy, markets, companies
  • driven, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
  • fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to support local client base
  • preferably multiple years of experience managing stakeholder relationships in corporate access
  • the ability to manage uncertainty and complex processes
  • a strong analytical ability and high level of individual initiative
