Oversee the development, interpretation and implementation of policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, product, work schedules, rules and regulations for the Merchandising team
Oversee the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related merchandise
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategy
Maintain inventory management records
Train employees on product knowledge to understanding the features and benefits of a product, and then deciding whether said product would be a hot seller amongst their employer’s target audience
Analyzing Key Performance Indicators to see which products are generating the most revenue and which products are selling less than projected. They then use this data to adjust the offering of products accordingly

Job Requirement
Age max 42 years old
Hold Bachelor Degree of any major
At least 6 years experience as Merchandising Manager / Buyer / Brand Manager in Retail Department Store (non-food Department)
Having knowledge in Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Supplier, Consignment
Strong in Merchandising and product development
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willing to be placed in Lido after the construction is finished (preopening – operation)
Mailing services management: incoming and outgoing mails.
Company & Building access card management.
Office event management: ticketing, team coordination.
Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.
