Office Manager has an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of an office on day-to-day basis to ensure maximum productivity. You’ll be a strong and reliable support to company operations, by maintaining and creating procedures, communication, and safety. Your work will allow us to achieve organizational efficiency and help nurture a pleasant work environment for our people.

Job Description
  • Maintain and organize office: to keep the office clean, safe, and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Point person for mailing, shipping, and errands
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on
Job Requirements
  • Degree from a reputable university with good academic credentials
  • 4-6 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Experienced in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
