Job Description

Legal Associate on General Compliance & Special Projects will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. This candidate will also be responsible for conducting research and analyzing legal and commercial perspectives in relation to Special Projects conducted by Pinhome. In order to succeed, the candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels, including but not limited to government institutions, Notary and other counter parties on a variety of legal matters.

You will draft and review in-house agreements and documentations related to employment contract, NDA, company regulations and other company’s legal documents;

You will draft and review our commercial transaction documents with regard to special projects, including but not limited to M&A transaction documents, property’s sell and purchase agreement, and other commercial transaction documents in relation to Pinhome’s business expansion.

You will draft, review, negotiate and legal analysis by providing legal advice on matters relating to company business activities and transactions to avoid or minimize legal risk and to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.

You will conduct certain research with regard to legal due diligence, M&A transactions, property related transactions, loan and other financing activities, company’s product and business related activities.

You will liaise with Notary, company’s legal and tax consultants, counterparties and any other government institutions to support the company's business activities.
Bachelor in law from notable university in Indonesia;You will have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in law firms and/or in-house legal;

Confident and self-motivated;

Must have strong knowledge in M&A and other corporate actions;

Have knowledge in drafting commercial agreements;

Have a strong knowledge in property business is a plus;

Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions;

Excellent team player - ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients;

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both writing and speaking.
