Job Description

Analysis of a customer’s business needs

Communication with stakeholders, developers, QA and end-users if necessary

Make FSD

Software requirements analysis

Prepare project documentation

Problem domain analysis and improvement suggestions

Requirements transmission between the developers and the users.

Gather and analyst detail requirement from user / project

Make flow diagram / design and test scenario needed for enhancement

Explain in detail to developer

Testing and UAT

Documentation for requirement and manual guide
Working experience at least 1-5 years as Business Analyst

Fluent English

Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Computer Science or information technology

Have project experience in banking / insurance / financial institution is preferable

Strong writing and communication skill

Knowing about business process and confidence to have discussion with user

Good working knowledge of system development life cycle and testing methodologies
