The HR Generalist provides support to the Head of HR by overseeing the maintenance of employee records, registration at BPJS, insurance, preparation of payroll, handling medical claims, leave applications, employee details for other countries, support in training activities, preparation of monthly report of status and activities to Head of HR and to management, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to HR administration; and providing proactive hands-on support to the Head of HR.
