JOB DUTIES

Under supervision, support delivery of ocean freight forwarding processes and activities for internal and external customers from Central Java to Jakarta seaport/airport
from sales for all free hand customers
Name account customer follow up for FCL on Tom Taylor
Import free hand follow up for both AFR/OFR
Create HAWB numbers (for AFR ) and HBL for OFR
Follow up the booking with Jkt Team for AFR and to DRG shipping lines for OFR
Create SPK for trucking arrangement SRG-CGK (AFR ), SRG-JKT (OFR )
Share flights/vessel to customers/CS
BL/HAWB preparation, follow up docs fiat ( NPE/PEB ) for both AFR/OFR, document original from Jkt ( Inv/FP/PEB/NPE and other supporting docs )
Follow up vendor payment
CCM/OI follow up
Follow up stuffing for OFR
Monitoring the need from DHL counterpart
P2P
Provide administrative support such as gathering operational requirements, arranging customer visits, responding to tariff queries, etc.
Respond to queries, gather information for customer visits and may participate in customer visits to maintain close business relationship with existing clients and enhance customer retention
Collect information and data for shipping tenders
