Job Description: Newly developed, they are in need of a Marketing Manager to help develop the team from scratch, to manage the department, and to handle all marketing activities, which includes creating strategies, initiating, planning, and executing all aspects of Marketing.
The person will be strongly involved in Strategic Marketing and Communications planning, and in Strategic sourcing, supplier and internal stakeholder management for all marketing services (e.g., advertising, creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer, and marketing) for all houseware products.
Scope of Work: Developing and implementing branding awareness and product development strategies that support company growth, through the creation of marketing campaigns both applicable on online and offline media or channels
Evaluating the existing products for Product Development
Identifying potential markets as well as research market trends, consumer behavior, and market demands for Product Development
Leading and contributing to industry analysis and market analysis as needed
Preparing and executing local bids as needed
Supervising and coordinating business activities within the company
Managing the marketing budget (annual targets and increase cash flow)
