Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for general vessel & terminal operational task with detail as below:
o Submit Early Stack and Open Stack to Terminal
o Monitoring Vessel Schedule and Update Berthing Plan to Terminal
o Liase with HQ Operation for actual berthing plan and discuss for contingency if any vessel delayed
o Create supporting document needed by Terminal for discharge and loading purpose
o Discrepancy check HQ Operation Load List vs Terminal gate
o Liase with VSA Partner for cargo loadlist and other operational concern
o Monitoring vessel operational from berthing until departure
o Create TDR and Final Loadlist to HQ Operation, CS, TNM and VSA Partner
o Create supporting document for empty supply with depo
o Liase with reefer technician for any reefer issue
o Monitoring Pre baplie submission from technician and discuss with stowage team if any stowage concern
o Exception request from partner and customer for example late gate in request and other issue during vessel berthing
o Monitoring status and stock equipment with depo
  • Responsible for Inward and Outward Manifest Submission for area Jakarta
  • Arrange redress and follow up other issue related Customs
  • To ensure correctness if all information / data prior vessel berthing until departure
  • To ensure vessel sailing with maximum load factor and still considering safety aspect
  • Attend weekly meeting with terminal and deliver target vessel productivity provided by HQ
  • Acting as operational representative Sealand and Maersk for area Jakarta

We are looking for

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline.
  • Knowledgeable in Terminal Operations.
  • With experience working in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics companies
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • An ability to think through your approach to manage key stakeholders.
  • Proactive & ambitious with strong drive to deliver results and achieve both personal and team goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
