Job Description

WQA-APAC is a leading ISO Certification Body in the world. We are an Agency of Worldwide Quality Assurance Limited – UK & have head office in UK (United Kingdom). Due to our aggressive business expansion, we are looking for qualified & dynamic talents to join our success team for the following position in Jakarta Regional Office


TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities :

  • To ensure that the audit will be conducted in accordance with ISO requirement
  • Maintain and ensure for updated of Manual & Management System Procedure
  • Responsible as Document controller
  • Respond to or redirect incoming miscellaneous queries by whatever appropriate means, liaising at all levels within office and customer business base
  • Maintain the implementation of Internal Audit, Management Review and Governing Board meeting
  • Ensure that the performance of each auditor observe on-site periodically (witness audit of each auditor has done periodically)
  • Liaison with auditors and sub contractor / expert auditor
  • Maintain and ensure for updated of External Regulation
  • Participate in workshop, training work, preliminary assessments, assessments, follow-up visits, surveillances and certificate renewals to contract and budget requirements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Good knowledge of Management System (QHSE)
  • Preferably has a Lead Auditor Course Certificate for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001
  • Have a experience as a Trainer (MANDATORY) and have sufficient Skills to lead and conduct Training for Management System / Process Improvement / Leadership / HRD
  • Have a experience as Management Represenative in Management System
