Plan and organize Dekoruma's store opening event and store activation event
Liase with GA and third party including EO, MC, and vendors for the event's concept and logistic
Create a creative brief for event's key visual
Coordinate with Viscom team for the event's key visual execution and printing
Liase with other department and external including vendor and malls for all event's communication and promotions
Set and control store's google business profile to be updated following the store's activities
Create a briefing session with store team related to the event
Create and compile the event's report (traffic, sales, communication channel result)
Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing Communication or related field
Have >2 years working experience on offline event marketing and partnership
Having good communication skills, problem-solving skills, initiative, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Detailed, firm, and have a networking aptitude
Flexible and independent, with ability to work with details in fast paced environment
Good knowledge about the concept of offline event organizing and advertising licensing
