About the Role
They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our Event and Activities Specialist, you’ll be an instrumental cog in overseeing all event content production and technical matters on-site for all of the events and activities for GoTroops, ultimately impacting global employee engagement. Collaborating with other teams like the Operations team, your main objective will be to manage and partake in all initiatives and events that aim to gather and engage GoTroops. You will have ample opportunity to flex your multitasking skills, and dive deep into projects surrounding events and other activities, collectively getting us even closer to fostering a supportive/ healthy company.

About the Team
The Community Experience team in Gojek sits across 4 countries (India, Singapore, Vietnam), with the bulk of our team members in Indonesia. We are mainly responsible for ensuring that GoTroops are well taken care of and engaged. You will find us handling matters related to travel and wellness, engagement events, corporate discounts and SWAG. Remember that awesome 11th Anniversary Party? That was us.
We, the Community Experience team (CX for short) is a team that embraces diversity and inclusion. Everyone in CX is free to express themselves however they want to, whenever they want to. We love food, drinks and we always have each others’ backs. This works out just right as we travel a lot as a team.
