Job Specific Detail/Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Perform site visits for potential clients
  • Actively up-sell services to generate increased revenue
  • Coordinate all details for social events and overnight groups.
  • Create contracts, BEOs and final invoices
  • Communicate event details and requirements with necessary departments
  • Attend and oversee events as required/ ceremony rehearsal

Additional Duties

  • Assist with sales efforts by attending bridal shows and other marketing events to promote facilities
  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop new revenue-generating ideas
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with staff members another members of the team
  • Attend weekly/daily department meetings.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director Of Sales

Pengalaman kerja
  • Experience in tourism and hospitality sales.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Experience in marketing and negotiation with event organizer and companies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
