Manage administrative activities in the student service division, such as managing student and parent complaints, assisting the service process for meeting student needs related to lecture support files through the system at the gate, and managing general information services face-to-face, telephone, and chat systems.
Minimum education D3 and open for fresh graduate
Available for min. 6 months full-time internship.
Verify business requirements and functional specifications.
Have basic knowledge of the business process.
Provide supporting role to HSES Supervisors and HSES Coordinator/Manager in the performance of their functions.
Provide input for the HSES procedures update.
