    Who you'll be working for
    Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
    What requirements you'll need to be eligible
    • Having minimum 4 years experience as Project Management in Pharmaceutical Manufacturer or Biotechnology company
    • Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java
    What you'll be doing on the job
    • Works closely with the initiative lead, functional leads and/or liaison (process engineer, project engineer, quality assurance specialist, quality control specialist, etc) to help plan, execute, monitor, and control, activities to meet the established goals and objectives of the Greenfield Biopharmaceutical Plan within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget.
    • Identify project issues or resource gaps and facilitating resolution and ensures project plans, actions, and decisions are detailed and progress is communicated to key stakeholders.
    • Monitor and communicate project progress and variance through timeline management
    • Facilitates team meetings and communications, including presentations, schedules, agendas, minutes, action items, memos, presentations and other documents.
    • Provide project information at team meetings and to other partners, as appropriate
    • Support work package communication across functions, regions and participate in special department, cross functional, or team projects (process engineer, project engineer, quality assurance specialist, quality control specialist, etc). Applies knowledge and understanding of team objectives, escalating issues to the leaders as appropriate.
