Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support superior in the corporate finance activities.
  • Participating and maintaining communication with various stakeholders such as lenders, banks, bonds holders, rating agencies, consultants/advisors, and etc.
  • Analyze financing strategies in relates with certain development and projects of the company.
  • Maintain systematic filing and keep tracking correspondence.
  • Prepare management presentation material, transcripts, data analysis, and other supporting flle.
  • Preparing and updating data room for the fundraising activities on a timely basis

Requirements:

  • Final year or fresh graduates in major Accounting/Finance
  • Possess good skill in financial modelling & corporate finance analysis
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate in using Ms. Office
  • Good communication & collaboration skill as well as able to work in cross function
  • Having growth mindset, eagerness to improve skills and knowledge
  • Available internship for at least 3 months – start immediately
  • Willing to work in Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
