Job Description

Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia (also known as Growth Center Kompas Gramedia) is looking for Course Producer (Freelance and/or Part-time Contract position). The producer will be working in the Kognisi project, our online learning platform both for internal Kompas Gramedia employees and external client partners, in providing consultation and guidance to the learning course strategy, development, production, and evaluation.

Sample of course project topics to be tackled are, including but not limited to: Digital Marketing, Digital Media & Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Content & Content Marketing, Journalism, CRM, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Maritime, Law, Leadership, Management, etc.

Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) curator in order to align with Growth Center Kompas Gramedia's needs;

Collaborate with the SMEs in developing content strategies that aligns with Growth Center Kompas Gramedia's needs;

Recommend online learning course topics that are of interest of Growth Center's market segments;

Collaborate with the Learning Course Project Manager in managing the learning course production;

Ensure the quality of the uploaded learning course is within the set standard;

Promote and market the learning courses;

Evaluate the published online learning courses' performances in the marketplace platform.
Proven experience working in people learning & development, education, course production, or related fields;

Proven experience in producing online and/or offline learning courses;

Proven existing network of potential SMEs;

Effective communication with various stakeholders.

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills.
