Responsibilities:
Compile and Prepare Report Weekly Report Dashboard for Operations working together with PLAI admin
Compile and Prepare Bulky Approval Report for Underwriting New Business, Major Alteration and Revival by Weekly to approve by Underwriting Manager and above
Compile and Prepare Bulky Approval Report for Claim Reimbursement and Cashless Major and Minor by Weekly to approve by Claim Manager and above
Compile and Prepare Report of Business Decision Underwriting and Ex-Gratia Claim to Approve by HOO, CFO and CEO
Compile and Draft SOP/WG/Internal Guideline of Operations
Compile New Product Spec, Copy of Insurance Treaty, List Provider Cashless and Status, List of Underwriting Medical Panel and Status, Audit Report and Status Admin for Project PSLA including BSI
Prepare and Process Operations Matrix Authority Limit, Operations User ID Access in PSLA and Third Party (eg Reinsurer User ID)
