What value does this role create?
As the Director, Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence you are responsible for the development and implementation of the regional enablement strategy. Through this exciting work, you will be directly responsible for working with cross-functional leaders at various levels of the organization to identify our teams' needs, develop strategy/programs /solutions, and lead change management initiatives!
In addition, to meet the evolving needs of our teams you will also oversee the integration of new customer engagement approaches and “go-to-market” models into our capability building programs. In the near term of this multifaceted area you will help to transform our customer engagement and digital marketing capabilities.
Tasked with the role of improving our commercial capabilities, you will have a significant opportunity to directly drive enterprise growth and efficiency. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence Head, you will work with cross-functional partners in global, regional, and country organizations. You must be able to draw insights from various data sources, simplify complex concepts, and influence without authority.
Finally, as a senior leader you will be responsible for providing talent development support for not only your direct report(s), but to the broader organization (cross markets and functions). You will have the opportunity to provide coaching and mentoring through the various teams and initiatives you will be leading.
Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that can activate and engage the people around them! This leader has a proven ability to build productive working relationships. They can see across silos to find creative solutions to complex problems. Although not required pervious consulting or training experience would be valued. We are looking for talent that comes with 10+ years of experience within the health care industry (pharma, MD&D, consumer, life sciences consulting) and has product/marketing management experience (Director level and above), especially involving a new product launch and organizational transformation. Other important qualifications: University degree, Masters or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Economics/Life Science Fluent English. Additional languages would be an advantage Flexibility to participate in teleconferences outside working hours due to time zone differences This position will require up to 20% international travel.
