Job Description
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the
documentation requirements.
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing
opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is
appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online/offline help and developer
guides
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Create and maintain the information architecture and security
  • Responsible for administrative duties, such as preparing reports and maintaining
within the Tec Writer activities
  • Attend regularly meeting with related division or client
  • Collaborate with All Department to ensure predictable and consistent delivery of
value
  • Ensure that stakeholders are aware of progress and obstacles within your team to
facilitate timely discussions Job Specification
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology or Information System or
equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
  • Excellent written skills in Bahasa and English is plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
