Work on strategic partnership of each Ancillary Revenue projects (market research,commercial, branding, marketing communications, deal negotiations, market segmentations
Sourcing and executing strategic partnerships across F&B, Travel, Digital, Telco, Fintech, and Advertising partners
Led new product expansion across Indonesia market
Ensure Ancillary Products deployment to be on time and well executed
Set up SOP, SLA, and onboarding toolkits for new product expansion
Create branding and marketing collateral for new product expansion
Setup branding and marketing communication strategy for new product expansion
Collaborate with multiple division heads to identify winning touch points both online and offline for new product expansion
Plan, develop and continuously update training material to fulfill manufacturing current needs.
Conduct established technical training programs either onâ¦
Provide service excellence so as to develop and maintain customer loyalty.
