Key Responsibilities *


Strategy and Planning

  • Analyze financial performance and portfolio as well as doing benchmarking to external factors (macroeconomic, banking and sector industry analysis) to propose Insights & Strategy/Initiative Recommendation to contribute towards performance improvement and target achievement.
  • Coordinate with Business Finance & Management Reporting in the process of establishing KPI for Corporate Banking and the KPI cascading process and ensure to be aligned.
  • Monitor KPI Achievement and coordinate the process of integrating Financial & Qualitative’s KPI Achievement into Monthly KPI Realization Report and highlighting gaps so that Management get clear critical achievement that need to be followed up by respective Business Unit with action to close the gap.

Strategy and Planning

  • Pipeline Management :
    • Develop Pipeline Management Framework & Infrastructure/System to support monitoring of loan drawdown realization and progress follow up of loan pipeline
    • Provide projection based on pipeline to enable Management & Business Unit to monitor gap vs loan target.
    • Monitor and analyze Pipeline realization, cancelation and delay to get lesson learnt for improving productivity.
  • Develop framework & infrastructure to define and measure RM Productivity and provide Individual RM Performance in order to continuously improve the productivity and relate Financial Target with Man Power Planning.
  • Coordinate with MIS Finance to develop/improve Customer Database (at Group, CIF, Account levels) as well as RM Account Assignment Data by establishing/improving SOP and Updating System.
  • Create Reward/Recognition program to accelerate target achievement and build culture of healthy competition.
  • Create Communication Strategy to disseminate Management Direction, socialization & program campaign

Regulatory Compliance

  • Comply with any of the bank policies and procedures i.e. administrative & compliance requirements
