BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME (REGIONAL PRODUCT CENTER INDONESIA)

LOCATION: Malang, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is a maximum 12-month programme, fast-track development to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of British American Tobacco Indo PC Team! You'll learn product knowledge and development fundamentals from product technical role. Then you’ll experience roles covering pre-producing knowledge process, tobacco processing, blend processing, product trial, and product development

Reports to: DRBU Product Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

During the program, you will have;

Comprehensive onboarding to British American Tobacco – Product Centre APME
Building strong business understanding pertaining to Product Design
Tasks and projects assigned throughout the program
World-class leadership training opportunities
International exposure in developing your people and management skills
Networking & mentorship with senior leaders and other graduates from all over the world!

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Graduated with Bachelor or Masters degree from a reputable university with any major (preferably Engineering / Science/ Business Management/ Economics)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
1-2 years of experience is preferred
Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
Globally mobile
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Indonesia National or Permanent Resident ONLY
