Assist Business Team in acquire and nurture Toko Cabang’s customers.
Assist Business Team to tailor pitch deck and reports including analyzing data to individual merchant’s needs.
Assist Business Team to collaborate with Category Team and any relevant parties, including pop initiatives of improvement that contribute to TokoCabang business objectives.
Highlight Trends, and identify needed interventions with another team to improve Customer’s experience and value
Understand the needs of customers and maintaining relationships with customers and other partners by providing support, information & guidance
Minimum Qualifications:
GPA > 3.2 from reputable universities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Leadership or organizational experience with proven, quantifiable track records
Passion in business, and e-commerce landscape
Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Degree in Economics, Business, Management is preferred.
Contracts and closes local catering and social business, and ensures that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery.
