Job Description

A skincare brand in the UK is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Help with a variety of tasks such as editing on Canva
  • Edit videos and provide copywriting
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, etc
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Book and organize arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile reports regarding the company
  • Provide general support
  • Handle requests and queries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Experienced with Shopify and E-Commerce
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Klaviyo, Trustpilot and Shogun
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience working in marketing, admin, or social media
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Capable of working independently
  • Excellent design and research skills
  • Will become full time after a certain period
