Job Description

  • Provide support for non-litigation handlers for AR Bad Debt cases


  • Provide assistance to users for any potential disputes that occur in the company with other third parties


  • Provide assistance to users for any disputes that arise and take legal action, both assistance to face the authorized law enforcement agencies and to deal with other third parties


  • Build a network with law enforcement, legal consultants/lawyers


  • Ensure the lead time of the review process and draft customer and vendor contracts in a timely manner


Requirements :


  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00


  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of litigation or accident


  • Able to think critically and identify risks


  • Have good communication and negotiation skills


  • Mastery of Litigation Techniques and Legal Issues
