Location: Jakarta Jakarta
Work Type: Full Time

  • Minimum 2+ years working experience as Assistant Store Head or Store Head in Retail company (preferably from fashion, cosmetics, or department store)
  • Master store management operational data (sales data, staff development, turnover, inventory, and P&L)
  • Must have good communication and Microsoft Office skills

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Retail industry who is looking for Store Manager that will be placed in Jakarta or Depok with below criteria:

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage all store operations
  • People development
  • Manage P&L, targets, sales, and display

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) or above
  • Minimum 2+ years working experience as Assistant Store Head or Store Head in Retail company (preferably from fashion, cosmetics, or department store)
  • Must have good communication and Microsoft Office skills
  • Good in English will be plus point, but not mandatory
  • Master store management operational data (sales data, staff development, turnover, inventory, and P&L)
