  • Lead dan manage customer service projects for improving quantitative and qualitative performance and clients satisfaction.
  • To be representative for the result of a project in the unit.
  • Controlling and make sure that the team in following the standard KPI set by the client.
  • Prepares customer service performance report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Create capacity planning according to client project.
  • To plan for human development to promote staff to a higher level.
  • To keep a good relationship with clients and do internal coordination with other division or department.

Required
  • S1 education all departement with GPA 3.00.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience as Contact Center Operation Manager.
  • Experience in handling more than 100 headcounts with various projects or campaigns.
  • Experience in Business planning for Contact Center, Capacity Planning, etc.
  • Computer literate especially Excel (Vlookup, PIVOT, IF, Hlookup).
  • Good analysis and planning ability.
  • Motivated and able to work under preassure.
  • Good negotiation skills and strength in numbers.
