Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, executing, and managing the implementation and integration of the new systems for the company. This is a challenging opportunity for the Project Manager to work directly with the business to ensure deliverables that fall within our business requirements and the applicable scope, timeline, quality, and budget. The Project Manager will plan, budget, communicate, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.

What You Will Do

    • Conduct the business requirements gathering and ensure the vendor covers all business requirements in the deliverables
    • Provide project management expertise to all phases of the system implementations, from planning, design, build, test, and support.
    • Coordinate with internal resources and work jointly with third parties/vendors to execute assigned projects.
    • Proactively seek improved technical solutions and make recommendations on opportunities for further improvement.
    • Conduct system and/or vendor selection and perform vendor performance reviews.
    • Identify, test, and evaluate under-utilized systems capabilities and functionality to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field preferred
    • 4+ years of experience managing system implementations (preferable with experience in ATS / HRIS)
    • Experience working with technical resources regarding installation, custom development, and other technical activities required to successfully deliver technical / system-related project
    • Ability to effectively manage relationships and work with a diverse set of stakeholders with a strong customer service orientation and ability to influence key functional leader
    • Ability to communicate in a clear, friendly, professional, and proactive manner
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective and respect for others
    • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, negotiating and organizing skills
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
