Junior Customs Specialist


Location: Kavadarci


In order to support the Customs department in Kavadarci, we are looking for Junior Customs Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!


Tasks:


  • Implement customs processes and procedures and set up and review customs groups
  • Assure management of data (e.g. key directions, customs rates, tariff headings, etc) and conduct preference determinations
  • Provide information/advice (e.g. to divisions, competence centers, customs offices, freight forwarders, etc.); act as contact person
  • Conduct import and export transactions; transfer transport information to customs offices
  • Monitor document responses from service providers and suppliers
  • Handle technical customs clarifications for complex imports and exports


Profile:


  • University degree
  • 1 year experience in customs will be considered as an advantage or other related field
  • Export/Import in the supply chain (inward processing)
  • Handle technical customs, transport documentation
  • Good command of MS-Office
  • Working knowledge of written and spoken English (German language will be considered as advantage)
