Develop and grow an outreach network comprising of influencers, communities as well as other ecosystem partners (brands, channel participants etc.) to drive maximum impact for Kanmo brands specifically in the context of reach, engagement, credibility & conversion.
Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective outreach communications strategies that leverage current trends & fashions, and bring to life our brands’ core benefits properly and consistently.
Own the influencer/community relationship completely from identification to engagement and finally deployment including managing the commercials, helping the influencer create content (or guiding), and tracking.
Work with the content marketing team to leverage influencers and communities beyond just their direct network driving reach, engagement, credibility and conversion.
Scout, develop and grow relationship with partners such as other brands within allied categories, publishers etc, to grow Kanmo brand footprint through joint promotions, GWP’s, content deployment etc.
Setup daily tasks and activity for all outreach initiatives to ensure high quality and timely deployment.
Keep track of key influencer and marketplace trends to drive better campaign and business performance.
Deliver incisive monthly reports tracking performance and recommending key actions for the future.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations
Experience in social media agency is preferable
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
Familiar with graphic design application program
Social media savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
