About the Role
If you’re looking to lead a dynamic, driven and high functioning team focused upon generating net revenues for Gojek and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Ad, look no further. As our Head of Audiences and Analytics, the goal is to a.) increase the targeting abilities of advertisers, b.) create reports that help advertisers track the progress of launched campaigns, and c.) develop a suite of analytics/insights reports that incentivize advertisers to launch campaigns. You will need to do this in clear partnership with the DSP Product team, GTM industry/Retail side team and Brands & Agency side. On top of that, your contributions will help us to grow our platform ecosystem & its users, contribute to overall Advertising & Promo Platform (APP)’s business strategy, and allowing us to create sustainable impact to the society.
What You Will Do
Analyze the needs of retailers and brands in regards to audience and targeting as well as reporting and insights
Work with the Industry Leads (Retailers and Brands) and Strategy to understand the business needs and pain points of their industries
Work with the go-merchant product team to understand the current reporting templates; the availability of data and the platforms used to publish reports
Clearly detail the product roadmap and prioritize the development of specific features as a function of Revenue impact and ease of implementation
Work with Data Analytics/BI on the development of the data structure and developing the targeting tools
Work with the Advertiser product team (DSP) to publish the audiences and reports
Work with the GTM teams on the go-to-market strategy for your products and features
Establish Data Partnerships with strategic partners
What You Will Need
At least 7 years working experience in a Tech company in a business or product role / Consulting
Experience in Digital platforms or E-commerce
Experience in Ads-related revenue streams would be advantage
Ability to manage a team, strong leadership mindset
Fluency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentations (Google Slides)
Good relationship management with internal stakeholders

The Advertising & Promo Platform (APP) group in Gojek is focussed on providing relevant and targeted content for our users, while giving commercial value for our clients, ranging from small F&B merchants to international brand principals. We achieve this dual mission by leveraging our deep relationship with the users, and in turn, building high-return marketing campaigns with exceptional execution processes for our clients.
The Insights & Analytics team in the Advertising & Promo Platform (APP) group consists of 4 people who have diverse backgrounds, they are trained professionals who are leading individual streams. They are domain experts and are already executing based on the current plans. Our main goal is to increase the targeting abilities of advertisers, create reports that help advertisers track the progress of launched campaigns, and develop a suite of analytics/insights reports that incentivize advertisers to launch campaigns.
Working from home has been a strange time for a lot of us, so our team has been taking time on our calls to trade advice on the best ways to keep sane with this new work set up. We’re made up of cycling enthusiasts, video game lovers, and talk show fanatics. Once COVID subsides, we’re excited to get together for our weekly in-person hang outs once again.
Bachelor's degree in areas related but not limited to mathematics, computer science, information technology will be an advantage.
Experienced with R or Python.
