Fluent in english (min. passive).
Minimum 3 years experience in garment/textile industry as QA Laboratory.
Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative
Working knowledge of products and services.
In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
Good customer focus.
Sharp attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good planning and organizing skill.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Literate in basic computer programs.
Meticulous and diligent attributes.
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Document results and analyze data.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Communicate with production personnels and quality managers.
Conduct re-testing of product as needed to support quality investigations.
Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies.
Make recommendations for adjusting process conditions to ensure quality standards are met.
Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
