Job Description

JOB DETAIL

Scope of Job:

  • Planning the time Line of running tender to coordinate with other related Departments (pretender, tender, after tender award phase)
  • Monitoring the completeness of tender document
  • Controlling cost and budget
  • Monitoring & validating provider/vendor database
  • Responsible for licensed from government institution related to tender
  • Making reports/updates of tender registered
  • Preparing and arranging document tender accordingly
  • Corresponding with all related potential subcontractors or provider or third party for tender
  • Issuing Purchase Order for Offshore Project tender
  • Ensuring all documents for tender/project are in line with the applicable contract
  • Arranging & filling administration offshore project tender documents
  • Request Cash Advance for Offshore Project tender
  • Preparing & follow up Cash Advance & Payment Voucher of Offshore Project tender activities

JOB QUALIFICATION

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of any major (preferably Business Administration)
  • Minimal 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Technical knowledge(s): Shipping knowledge, Administration skill, Filing system, Computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
  • Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
  • Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficiently, concern for order, business process understanding.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral & written.
