Work with Contract Manager in pre-contract and post-contract stage. Prepare Bill of Quantity, pricing, payment reports, variation order, claim, final account, etc.
Providing pre-tender estimates based on the tender documentation materials issued for bidding purposes.
Work with Project Management Team during value engineering process, to prepare budget estimates and comparative cost studies on alternative designs, materials, systems and methods. Ensure that Company’s objectives can be fulfilled at the minimum cost whilst maintaining functionality and achieving the highest possible efficiency.
To participate in implementation and supervision of the contract for Consultant/GC/NSC. Regular meeting with GS/NSC/QS consultant, to control and monitor GC and NSC, tracing the status for cost, contract, tender, custom, clearance, payment, variation order, claim and final account.
Work with documents control team to record and keep relevant cost control documents.

Job Requirement

Age max 37 years old
Hold minimum of Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
At least 5 years experienced as QS – Civil/Architect in Consultant and 2 years as Assistant Manager in Developer/Property Company.
Preferably having experience in High-rise building and Infrastructure project.
Having knowledge of Civil & Buildings works, familiar with MEP system, tender system and contract standards, standard methods of measurement.
Proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
Good in written and spoken English.
